Refund and Exchange Policy
Ticket Exchange
Exchanges are allowed to be made up until two hours prior to curtain time of the day of the performances (5 pm for a 7 pm performance, and noon for a 2 pm performance.) All exchanges must be done during the run of the current year's show. Exchanges are not permitted to be transferred to the following year's show.

Refunds
Refunds may be offered in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the box office manager and SME Chairperson. Refunds must be requested by emailing smeboxoffice@gmail.com within 14 days of the current year's closing show. No refunds will be made after 14 days post closing.
If a performance is cancelled without a reschedule date, you will receive a full refund or exchange of ticket for another date during the run of that show. Service, delivery, and other charges are non-refundable.

Ticket donations
If you are unable to attend the show, consider donating the value of your ticket. Your support helps sustain our ability to bring our community together through the arts. If you would like to donate your tickets, please email summermusicalenterprise@gmail.com and we will provide you with documentation of your donation.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Summer Musical Enterprise). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
